Cascadia Community College started out in the year 2000 as the newest and most modern two-year college in the US. The school was designed to support the academic success and development of the students, and over the years, Cascadia Community College has received national recognition for excellence. In 2007 Cascadia Community College was ranked the # 2 Community College in the US. We emphasize small classes and collaborative learning. The college is known for Technology, for Environmental Stewardship, and Global Awareness. Cascadia Community College is one of the strongest transfer colleges in Washington (most of our students transfer to the University of Washington).
